Douglas é a capital da Ilha. Aqui a cidade vista do ferryboat. Fiquei toda animada ao ver este pequeno castelo, mas fui informada que não era uma ruína antiga, e sim a Torre do Refúgio, construída neste recife em 1832. Muitos navios afundavam ali quando o recife ficava submerso, por isso construíram este refúgio onde sobreviventes podiam aguardar socorro.
